I have known Miss F. Skinner, for several years. During the whole of that time her conduct has been irreproachable. She has always been regular and punctual in her attendance, and as a teacher she has given full satisfaction. She is a good disciplinarian, and has a pleasing and kind manner in her dealings with children. In this large school she has gained a useful experience. She has had charge of large classes in the absence of an adult teacher-which she has managed most successfully. I can confidently recommend her as a painstaking and willing worker in a school She left here to take a special course of training in kindergarten methods.
